A 53-year old man died of swine flu in Pune today, taking the toll in the viral infection in the city to 33, hospital authorities said.
Rajendra Dake, who was shifted from civic Naidu hospital to government-run Sassoon hospital in a critical condition, had been undergoing treatment since August 22, they said.
Meanwhile, the district administration has appealed people to keep celebrations on the Ananth Chaturdashi day, signalling concluding day of Ganesh festival tomorrow, a low key affair to avoid large scale overcrowding in the city.
