The movie has impressed the star so much that he has decided to adapt it to Indian audience.

Forrest Gump is the story of a man with a low IQ. He, however, accomplishes great things in his life and is present during significant historical events. But despite all that he has achieved, his one true love eludes him.

It is based on the 1986 novel by Winston Groom. According to an estimate, the film turned out to be a huge commercial success.
