We’re immersed in a world that’s not real. We can be whoever we want to be. We can fly a jet, and save the world that way. Or run through running and gunning, we can do it that way. I like the immersion of it. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always enjoyed video games and music.
I’m done with my Class 12 boards and various entrance exams, hoping to make it to a decent engineering or architecture college. I love to write and share my thoughts and opinions with people (you can check out my blog!). An average guy with some intellect, wit and minimal ability to work hard (unless the incentives given are mouth-watering), I like taking things head on.
Unlike most people my age, I don’t try too hard to be a part of the crowd. I prefer being quiet and observing people’s behaviour, rather than being loud and seeking attention. I would make a sarcastic or witty comment here and there during a conversation, crack a lame joke or two and laugh at it irrespective of the fact that no one else is laughing along.
I’m very fond (read – in love) of music, it’s been a constant companion at all times in my life, good or bad. Learning how to play a six-string guitar is one of the most cherished and worthwhile moments of my life and I’m proud of the fact that I’m quite good at it. Even though I have not achieved anything big as yet, I still have the confidence to make it big one day like everyone else, but I also want to enjoy life because Zindagi milegi na dobara.
