The second edition of the Afro-Asia Cup would be held in June 2007 in Africa while the twice-postponed Asia Cup would be held in April 2008 in Pakistan.
The dates for the two events were finalised after a meeting of the Asian Cricket Council Executive Board in Colombo on Sunday.
Also, the third episode of the Afro-Asia Cup would be hosted by Malaysia in June 2008, BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah said.
The inter-continental event, pitting collection of Asian players against their African counterparts in a series of limited overs internationals, was first held in South Africa last August.
The return series was to be held in Asia this year but has apparently been cancelled due to a cramped schedule.
The Asia Cup, originally to be held in 2004 in Pakistan, was postponed to January this year.
The event, sandwiched between India's visit to Pakistan and the home series against England, was again put off due to hectic schedule.
