AIR DG appointed CBA vice-president

Brijeshwar Singh has been appointed as the vice-president of the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA).

Brijeshwar Singh, Director-General of All-India Radio, has been appointed the vice-president of the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA).

The elections for the various posts were held as part of CBA's 26th General Confrence here from February 15-17.

Abu Bakar Jijiwa, Director General of Voice of Nigeria has been elected the president of the CBA, which has over 100 broadcasting organissations as members spread over North America, the Carribean, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania.
