Aishwarya wins Asian junior tennis tourney

AISHWARYA AGARWAL of Indore beat Sheren Paul of Kerala in straight sets to win the Asian Junior Tennis Tournament played at Chennai today. Aishwarya showed her class in all the departments and never allowed opponent to dominate. She won the first set without any difficulty by 6-0.

AISHWARYA AGARWAL of Indore beat Sheren Paul of Kerala in straight sets to win the Asian Junior Tennis Tournament played at Chennai today. Aishwarya showed her class in all the departments and never allowed opponent to dominate. She won the first set without any difficulty by 6-0.

In the second set, Aishwarya had to surrender three games before coming back in the game. She started playing superbly but a couple of errors in service helped her opponent win three games.

After losing three games, Aishwarya never looked back and showed her class to win the set and the match by 6-3. Emerald Heights International School director Muktesh Singh and principal Sunita Singh have congratulated Aishwarya for her brilliant performance.

MP Tennis Association secretary Anil Duper and treasurer B S Chabra and Aishwarya’s coaches have also congratulated her. After Indian Airlines, the MP Government’s Sports Department has also issued a cheque for Rs 25,000 for the sponsorship. Sports director and others have congratulated Aishwarya for winning the Asian Junior Tennis Tournament.
