Witnesses reported missile sightings over Zarqa and massive smoke plumes at the Muwaffaq Al Salti air base, while Iran also claimed strikes on U.S. bases in Kuwait and a Kuwaiti oil company reported a major facility hit on July 18. Residents in Bahrain later reported sirens and explosions.
