Andhra ACB raids residence of IAS officer

The Andhra Pradesh Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) today raided the residence of the Joint Collector of Ranga Reddy district and claimed to have unearthed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

The Andhra Pradesh Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday raided the residence of the Joint Collector of Ranga Reddy district and claimed to have unearthed assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

A senior ACB official said the Bureau raided the residence of M Jaganmohan, a 1999-batch IAS officer, and seized many property documents and other assets.

"We are still evaluating the details of the assets owned by Jaganmohan," a senior ACB official said. Jaganmohan is being interrogated, he said.
