Long sleeved tee-shirts with gold foil were worn with dhoti style pants. Digitally print t-shirts and gold flock printed cotton Lycra dresses had a younger feel. From Lycra Anita moved to silks so that her designs would appeal to the women who do not want to wear figure-hugging styles. It was sexy but not obviously, so if skin was showing then a transparent net was used. Though there were some tiny mini skirts as well as gypsy skirts.
There were prints in hues of oranges and reds, inspired by the ikat weave. These too were given a modern twist as a long slim line kurta had long slits down the side and was paired with ankle length cigarette pants. Gold belts adorned most of the garments adding to the glamour value. Denim was another fabric that Anita seemed to like using it for short box pleat skirts and jean style trousers. It was a youthful look with obvious touches of Anita style glamour.
