Little has gone wrong for McGrath recently after his appointment as Yorkshire captain was followed by his Test debut against Zimbabwe and call-up to the one-day squad.

He classes himself as "a batsman who can bowl a bit" and his swing bowling saw him top Yorkshire's averages last season with 18 wickets. Should be brimming with confidence after making 150 runs and taking three wickets in two Tests against Zimbabwe.
