Anup K Pujari takes over as govt nominee on ICICI Bank board

The country's largest private sector lender, ICICI Bank, said Anup K Pujari has been nominated as the government nominee director on the board of the bank, effective from January 27.

The country's largest private sector lender, ICICI Bank, on Thursday said Anup K Pujari has been nominated as the government nominee director on the board of the bank, effective from January 27.

Pujari would replace Arun Ramanathan, finance secretary, as the government nominee director on the board of ICICI Bank Ltd, ICICI Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The nomination comes as per the communication received from the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, on February 3, the filing added.
