Aditi Singh has no information of four of her relatives who were among the Apex Bank group that went for Char Dham Yatra on June 9. “It has been more than two weeks since my cousin and his wife along with their two teenage children left for Uttarakhand. In our last contact, which was on June 15, my sister-in-law informed me about the ill health of my niece, because of which they had to make halts,” Singh said.

There is no positive response from the helpline numbers as most of them are engaged and the others are providing improper information. “My brother Abhimanyu Pratap Singh is deployed at the post of wing commander at Dehradun station. He is trying his level best to trace the location of our relatives,” Singh said.

Whereas, pilgrims Archana Srivastava and her husband have been lucky enough to survive the disaster as they were moving a little ahead of the rest of the group. They have been rescued three days ago and are on their way back to MP.
