Ayodhya attack: Custody of 5 accused extended

A local court extended the judicial remand of five accused in Ayodhya attack case till July 12 when the case will come up for next hearing.

A local court extended the judicial remand of five accused in Ayodhya attack case till July 12 when the case will come up for next hearing.

The officiating judge, in absence of district and session judge RP Shukla, extended the judicial custody of all the five accused - Asif Iqbal, Irfan Khan, Mohammed Aziz, Mohammed Naseem and Mohammed Shakeel - till July 12.

Earlier, all the five were brought to the court under tight security from Naini central jail, Allahabad, where they are being lodged.
