Ban products endorsed by Amir: BJP youth wing

BJP youth wing has decided to urge the people of Gujrat to stop using products endorsed by Amir Khan.

BJP youth wing on Friday continued with their protest against Aamir Khan in the city for his stand on Narmada dam issue and has decided to urge the people of the state to stop using products endorsed by the actor.

"If Aamir Khan does not retract his statements on Narmada and apologises to the people of Gujarat, we will urge all the people to ban products promoted by the actor like Toyota Innova and Coca-Cola," BJP youth wing leader Amit Thakker said.

He further said after not allowing the screening of 'Fanna' in theaters, they have also decided to stop the circulation of pirated DVDs of the movie, which are available in the market.

Khan had on Thursday in Mumbai refused to apologise on the issue.

'Fanaa' is not being screened in any of the multiplexes or single screen theatres in the state after the Multiplex Association and Cinemetrograph Exhibitors' Association decided against screening of the film, Khan claimed.

About 100 party workers shouted slogans outside the Wide Angle multiplex in Ahmedabad.
