Bhim Singh hospitalised after head injury

Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) chairman Bhim Singh on Monday suffered a head injury due to a fall from stairs in a hotel here and has been hospitalised.

Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) chairman Bhim Singh on Monday suffered a head injury due to a fall from stairs in a hotel here and has been hospitalised.

The incident happened when JKNPP chairman was proceeding to a hall to attend the meeting of the working committee of the party at hotel Ashoka in Jammu around 1100 hours. He slipped and rolled down from the stairs.

He suffered a head injury in the back after banging a door and bled profusely.

Singh was rushed by his party colleagues to Government Medical College (GMC) hospital for treatment where doctors advised him to take to Delhi for further treatment.

Singh, who is stable, told PTI over phone that he would be leaving for Delhi on Monday for further treatment in AIIMS or Apollo hospital.
