The two-day annual Bhutan-India Development Cooperation Talks began on Thursday in New Delhi.
The annual Bhutan-India Development Cooperation Talks provides a forum for the two countries to discuss issues of mutual concern and to further strengthen friendship and cooperation between the two countries, Bhutan's leading daily Kuensal reported.
The Bhutanese delegation comprised of senior government officials is led by the finance secretary Yangki T Wangchuk.
