The Indian ace, who has been using a Walther-make air rifle for the past 10 years and also won the world title with it in 2006, got the sports rifle and pistol distribution rights from the world-renowned company in 2006. And his father, A.S. Bindra, extended the association with the German arms manufacturer to include small arms for internal security in India.

Besides, few would know that Abhinav is also the brand ambassador for the world's oldest arms manufacturing company. With Abhinav at the ‘helm’ now, the gun will surely become a hot commodity in the country.

The Bindras are also planning to open offices all around the country, including Delhi, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai and Kolkata.
