Earlier in the day, the assembly, which is currently in session, was adjourned till tomorrow with the Government failing to take up the Goa Appropriation Bill, 2008 in the House.
Leader of Opposition and former Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar alleged that the postponement suggested that the Government does not enjoy a majority in the House.
