BJP denies secret poll survey in UP

Party spokesman Prakash Javadekar asserts that no such survey had been conducted, reports HS Bartwal.

The BJP on Saturday denied it had carried out any secret surveys that indicated it would lose half of the 82 UP Assembly seats held by it in the coming state elections.

Reacting to a news report, party spokesman Prakash Javadekar asserted that no such survey had been conducted by the party in UP.

He also stated that as of now there was no clear wave discernible in favour of any party in the state that goes to polls next year.
