"Congress is the ruling party and is responsible for running the Lok Sabha. If they behave in this manner and force adjournments, it cannot be accepted," a senior BJP MP told PTI referring to yesterday's adjournment.

"BJP has decided to discuss the matter informally with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Leader of the House Pranab Mukherjee," he added.

BJP Rajya Sabha MP M Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday took up the matter with vice-chairman K Rehman Khan of the Upper House in his chamber. Khan is understood to have agreed with Naidu on the issue.

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Prithviraj Chavan was also present at the meeting.
