The blaze broke out in the Prakash Food and Snacks factory on Tuesday night when the workers were busy packing potato chips, they said.

The flames were put off after almost 12 hours of firefighting, police said.

There were no casualties in the incident, they adding cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
