Board exams: Services essential
THE STATE Government has issued an order declaring the services of personnel appointed for all the work relating to the examination of the MP Board of Secondary Education in the State as essential.

THE STATE Government has issued an order declaring the services of personnel appointed for all the work relating to the examination of the MP Board of Secondary Education in the State as essential.
The aforesaid action has been taken under the Madhya Pradesh Atyavashyak Sewa Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1979. Personnel including employees and officers assigned with the responsibility of the examination shall not be able to refuse work.
The prohibition against refusal to work shall come into effect from February 15, 2007, for a period of three months.
