She said that when people are in their 20s they just think of having fun but when they get into midlife they think flirting is childish and think that is beyond them.

Palmer said that body language is the easiest way to do flirt.

She explained that when a person is trying to attract a man – they want to use their body and their words for sure.

Palmer said that it is about whether they are inviting men in our not.

She added that one of the big turns on for men is feeling like a woman is open.
