Bomb recovered near rail engine in Jharkhand

The personnel of the Government Reserve Police on Thursday recovered a can bomb, thwarting a bid, possibly by Naxalites, to blow up tracks in the Dhanbad division, GRP sources said.

Confirming the incident, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager BB Gupta said the explosive was found near a defective engine stationed between Barkakana and Garwah Road in the Dhanbad division.
