Builder jumps to death from 8th floor
A 52-year-old builder committed suicide by jumping off the 8th floor at Galaxy Apartments in Sector 43 on Tuesday evening.

A 52-year-old builder committed suicide by jumping off the 8th floor at Galaxy Apartments in Sector 43 on Tuesday evening.
Though deceased Ashok Sehkawat was a resident of D block of Sudhant Lok, he jumped from Galaxy Apartments where he had gone to meet his friend.
DCP (east) Maheshwar Dayal said Sehkawat was upset as he was under heavy debt.
The deceased told his friend that he was feeling sleepy. Sehkawat's friend asked him to rest in the bedroom. But he went inside and jumped from the balcony, the police said.
Sehkawat has left behind two sons and a wife.
