Builder robbed of Rs 2.5 crore
A Gurgaon-based builder was robbed of R2.5 crore by three car-borne assailants on National Highway 1 near the Murthal area of the district, police said on Saturday.

A Gurgaon-based builder was robbed of R2.5 crore by three car-borne assailants on National Highway 1 near the Murthal area of the district, police said on Saturday.
The robbery took place when Naresh was returning from Ambala to Delhi with his driver Omprakash in the car, IGP V Kamraj said. “Naresh said he was carrying Rs 2.5 crore, which was looted by the armed men,” he said.
The incident took place near Murthal flyover, the IGP said.
A case has been registered and search for the culprits is on, Kamraj said.
