Burnout? Increase bench strength

Instead of trying to denigrate Gavaskar for his statement on "too much cricket is service to nation", why not increase the number of cricketers who deserve to represent this country to say 30 or 40 and give all of them a chance on a rotation basis and status of form? The fact is that we have enough bench strength to do that instead of rolling out millionaires by exercising limited choice.

The fact is that we have enough bench strength to do that instead of rolling out millionaire by exercising limited field of choice.

Which cricket loving Indians would not like to watch competitive cricket on the telly at any time rather than an unlimited exhibition of female bodies through ads and serials?

Trying to counter Gavaskar's statement through views of other experts hardly carries any conviction. It serves no purpose. The viewers who spend the money are very clear what they want.
