The bone of contention between the cable operators and the Indian right holders for the tournament, Zee Sports, is the subscription fees charged by the latter for accessing the channel.
"We did not show the match yesterday as Zee Sports has increased the subscription rates steeply," said a south Mumbai cable operator.
"Barring a couple of operators, others did not show the match yesterday. Talks are going on to resolve the dispute (between the cable operators and the sports channel). There's a reasonably good chance of it being settled before tomorrow's match," he added.
