The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Saturday filed its 12th chargesheet at Ghaziabad CBI court in the Nithari serial killings. And Moninder Singh Pandher has once again been spared in a chargesheet with only his servant Surinder Koli mentioned as an accused.

Advocate of Nithari victims’ families, Khalid Khan, said, “Nisha (10) had gone missing in July 2006. Only Surinder Koli has been made accused in this chargesheet. Moninder Singh Pandher was stated to be out of town that particular day.”
But he added that “although the CBI had charged Pandher only in first chargesheet of Payal murder case and that too under lesser charges, the CBI court later made Pandher accused of murder and rape charges in six cases”.
Pappu Lal, father of another Nithari victim, said, “The CBI is still trying to save Moninder Singh Pandher. But we will fight till the end to get him (Pandher) punished.”
“Whenever Pandher is spared, our sentiments get hurt,” he added.
