CBSE starts counselling service for students, parents
In an attempt to address examination-related anxieties of students and parents, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun its first phase of counselling.

The service, which was made available to students from February 1, will continue till April 16. Students can avail of the telephonic counselling service, by calling at 1800 180 3456 or the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) on 1800-180-3456. Principals from across different schools and trained counsellors will cater to students' queries.
Alternately, students can also write in to crackyourboards@gmail.com. HT will publish the suitable queries and the subsequent responses by CBSE.
