Replying to a question asked by BJP MLA Devjibhai Patel in the state Legislative Assembly, Singh said the draft of the suit is being prepared.

According to the Chhattisgarh government, the project will submerge 7,500 hectares of forest land in the state and will affect population of 18 villages. The project will affect the areas rich in minerals.
