CMRS inspection on July 12

The Commissioner for Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) will inspect the 2.57km Metro route from Anand Vihar to Vaishali in Ghaziabad on July 12 and the inauguration of the much awaited route, which is already delayed by over six months, is expected to be delayed by another week.

The Commissioner for Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) will inspect the 2.57km Metro route from Anand Vihar to Vaishali in Ghaziabad on July 12 and the inauguration of the much awaited route, which is already delayed by over six months, is expected to be delayed by another week.

The 2.57km route has two stations at Kaushambi and Vaishali as part of the phase-1 in Ghaziabad city. During the inspection, the CMRS will examine all the safety and operational aspects at the two stations and on the Ghaziabad stretch, and will finally give the clearance for the opening of the section to general public.
