Cong leader hurt as boulder falls on car

General secretary of the state Congress and former MLA Harsh Vardhan Chauhan got injured in a road mishap on Tuesday evening. According to the Paonta Sahib Police, a heavy boulder fell on the vehicle in which Chauhan was travelling near Timbi, 65 km from here. He was on the way to Paonta Sahib from Shillai.

According to the Paonta Sahib Police, a heavy boulder fell on the vehicle in which Chauhan was travelling near Timbi, 65 km from here. He was on the way to Paonta Sahib from Shillai.

Driver Ran Singh and Congress worker Lal Singh also sustained injuries. The congress leader was taken to a Paonta Sahib hospital, from where he was shifted to a private hospital in Chandigarh. The condition of the Congress leader is reported to be stable.
