Cong wants CM to vacate Delhi house

STATE CONGRESS spokesperson Manak Agrawal has written a letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker drawing his attention towards retention of official bungalow by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan at New Delhi, which was allotted to him in his capacity as Lok Sabha MP.

Urging the Speaker to take note of the fact that Chief Minister has the facility to stay at M P House during his visits to New Delhi, Agrawal said that he has still not vacated the bungalow on Pt Pant Marg in New Delhi allotted to him in his capacity as Lok Sabha MP.

Stating that the Chief Minister is now ineligible to hold that bungalow, he said that the State Government is paying hefty amount as ‘punitive’ rent for the bungalow for this reason.
