Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Alok Aggarwal released Singh, the 'Live India' reporter and Arora on bail after presenting a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and one surety each.

Granting them relief, the court said with the filing of chargesheet and completion of probe, the tampering of evidence would not be there.

The court also ordered them to submit their passports to the investigating agency and not to leave the country without the permission of the court.
