The fate of 279 candidates, including TDP leader KYerran Naidu (Srikakulam), Union Ministers UV Krishnam Raju (Narsapur) and Bandaru Dattatreya (Secunderabad), brother of Chief Minister-designate YS Rajsekhar Reddy, YS Vivekananda Reddy (Cuddapah), Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen leader Asaduddin Owaisi, Congress firebrand leader Renuka Chowdhary (Khammam) and AICC spokesman Jaipal Reddy (Miryalguda) are some of the other prominent, whose fate would also be decided on Thursday.
