CPA to help professionals take vital positions in India

The 50:50 joint venture would help companies within the country hire highly-qualified professionals from outside India.

Dubai-based staffing solutions specialist Clarendon Parker Middle East (CPME) and home-grown recruitment organisation Rite Choice Consultants Pvt Ltd have struck a joint venture to help professionals working outside take vital positions in the growing market in India.

The 50:50 joint venture -- Clarendon Parker Asia -- would help companies within the country hire highly-qualified professionals from outside India and plan to have 20 offices in India and Middle East by this year end, Chairman Clarendon Parker Asia Patrick Luby said.

"Clarendon Parker Asia will utilise its technology and facilities in the Middle East to bring senior personnel of Indian origin back to the country to take up vital positions in the growing local market," he said.

The JV would offer an extensive range of human resource management solutions including recruitment of NRIs and expatriates manage resource centres, executive selection, global search, advertising and media campaigns, and training services, he said.

The JV would spend about Rs 1.7 crore on infrastructure development and building human resource. About Rs one crore would be invested to set up four more offices in Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata and Chennai, while Rs 70 lakh would be spent on training, he said.

Mumbai-based Rite Choice has four offices already in Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Delhi.

When asked about their targets from the market here, Luby said: "We expect a turn over of Rs 10 crore in the first year which shall grow to Rs 13 crore and Rs 17 crore in the second and third year respectively."
