In an intra-party clash, one person was hacked to death allegedly by his own party men.
In an incident which happened in Talasari area of the district on Saturday, a CPM activist, Anil Shingade, was killed in a clash among the party activists, the police said.
On Saturday night, around a dozen men attacked Shingade with lethal weapons. No arrests have been made.
