District Magistrate Dr Hariom will be the chief guest in this programme while students of BRD Medical College along with students of Institute of Technology and Management will participate in this programme. Coordinator of the programme Dr VK Giri said that interested participants could participate in songs and plays. The principal of medical college will preside over the programme.
