Curtailed water supply today
WATER SUPPLY in some parts of Old City will be affected on Thursday following power shut down at Badal Mahal Filtration Plant. Meanwhile, leakage in the pipeline connecting Upper Lake to Vidhan Sabha Filtration Plant also affected water supply in some new Bhopal areas on Wednesday.

According to official information, MPSEB will shut down power supply at Badal Mahal Filtration Plant on Thursday for necessary repairing work.
This will affect water supply in areas including Badaipura, Hawamahal Road, Chirayu Hospital, Gali Daud Ahmed, Noormahal Payega, Patharwali Gali, Noormahal Road, Shahid Nagar, Munshi Hussain Khan, Putlighar, Tila Jamalpura, BDA Colony, Kabitpura, Shama Colony and some other areas. BMC administration said alternative water supply arrangements through tankers will be made in affected areas.
