A Dalit schoolgirl was gang-raped and murdered in a Bihar village, police in Patna said on Thursday.
The incident took place on Wednesday in Kaurandihri tola in Bhojpur district, 60 km from Patna.
Police said the girl was gangraped and her throat slit.
A police complaint has been lodged against five people of same village on the basis of her mother's statement.
