"Whatever will be the decision, it is likley to be taken in the next two days," UP Congress chief Rita Bahuguna Joshi told reporters in Lucknow.

On SP's announcing party candidates without consulting the Congress, she said this had irked Congress activists.

"On one hand, the SP talks about poll understanding. On the other, it has already announced names of party candidates for a number of Lok Sabha seats. This has not gone down well with Congress leaders and activists," Joshi said.

The UP Congress president said the party leaders were also unhappy with the new-found bonhomie between SP supermo Mulayam Singh Yadav and former BJP leader Kalyan Singh.

The Samajwadi Party has already announced names of over 50 party aspirants for the Parliamentary election.
