Rusiya was found dead under mysterious conditions near Agra station last week when he was returning to Bhopal from Delhi in the Bhopal Express train along with BJP MLA, Jitendra Daga.

In a letter to Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Singh said that the death of Rusiya under mysterious condition is a serious matter.

He further said that there were doubts about involvment of land mafia in the case as expressed in the media. Besides, a local BJP MLA was also present with him for some special work during the entire journey.

Singh also said that since there is an involvement of three states (Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh) in the matter, it would be proper if the case is handed over to the CBI for ensuring impartial probe.
