"The Supreme Court Collegium has sent a recommendation to the Ministry proposing transfer of Justice Dinakaran to Sikkim high court and Chief Justice of Uttarakhand high court Jagadish Singh Khehar to Karnataka," Moily said in Bangalore.

"We are already moving in this direction. The file has been moved," Moily said when asked about Justice Dinakaran, who has come under renewed attack from Justice DV Shylendra Kumar of the state high court for continuing to exercise administrative functions and staying away from the court. Lawyers of the high court have also been demanding an early decision on Justice Dinakaran.
