According to deputy manager, Planning, Anil Kumar Gupta said these Sim cards may be received from Naini, Transport Nagar, Allahpur, Jhusi, Phaphamau, Mumfordganj, Kareli, Lukerganj, Teliyarganj, Kydganj, Tagore Town, CTX, CTO from 10.30 am to 2.30 pm. Consumers will have to carry in person a scratch card of RS 551 and other necessary documents. Only one Sim card would be given to a person and if anyone is found with two Sim cards, one card would be blocked immediately, said Gupta.
