Divij, Liberhan bow out

The Indian challenge at the French Open came to an end on Friday when the boy's pair of Tushar Liberhan and Divij Sharan bowed out of the junior's doubles event.

The Indian challenge at the French Open Tennis championship came to an end on Friday when the boy's pair of Tushar Liberhan and Divij Sharan bowed out of the junior's doubles event.

The unseeded Indian pair put up a brave fight but could not overcome the challenge of seventh seed Alex Kuznetsov of USA and Mihail Zverev of Germany and lost 6-7 (5/7) 4-6 in the semi finals.

Liberhan and Sharan had upset second seed Korean pair of Woong-Sun Jun and Sun-Yong Jr. Kim 6-3 7-6 (7/5) in the second round and then got the better of Phillip Simmonds of USA and South African Fritz Wolmarans 6-4 6-2 in the quarterfinals.
