J&K Election Commissioner, BB Tandon: The elections in J&K were very fair and no interference was allowed. There were hardly any complaints and people have demonstrated their confidence in the Election Commission. We hope the last phase passes off peacefully.     Abdul Ghani Bhat, APHC chairman: We won't commit any offence. But if stopping anybody from casting vote is an offence, forcing them to vote against their will, too, is a crime. We will not enforce our decision of non-participation in the polls on voters.
