With a menu of 18 varieties of pizza and seven side orders, this American pizza chain, operating out of 7,000 stores worldwide, has established itself on the country’s urban landscape and cornered a major share of the burgeoning home delivery market. Its growth, and that of its competitor, Pizza Hut, has been made possible by the steady rise in the number of two-income families, which means more and more mothers have less time to cook at home, and their efficient delivery model, which ensures that the pizzas, when delivered, are ready to be served without requiring re-heating. Though the popularity graph of Keema Do Pyaaza, Chicken Tandoori Masala and Peppy Paneer has been rising steadily, the international best-sellers, Farmhouse and Barbeque Chicken pizzas, have also been the steady favourites in the Delhi/NCR market. Apart from the pizzas – our favourites are the Farmhouse, Cheese & Pepperoni and Chicken Tandoori Masala pizzas; the Chicken Mexican Red Wave is avoidable – order the Garlic Breadsticks that come for Rs 40 with the awesome Cheese Jalapeno Dip.
