Clad in a saree, sporting bangles and nose ring and wearing lipstick, kajal, bindi, danglers and blushers on the cheeks, Panda gets annoyed if he is addressed in the male gender. He retorts to everyone?s amusement: ?Aap Mujhe Radha Kahen. Main to Krishna Ki Daasi Hoon.

When Panda reached the camp of Tantrik Ramesh Yogi on Tulsi Marg in the Magh Mela, the Yogi was holding a ‘dhyan shivir’. Within moments the air of calmness pervading the camp disappeared as people jostled to have a closer glimpse of the top cop turned ‘Doosri Radha’.
When ‘Doosri Radha’ began to sing and dance in the name of Krishna, the ecstatic crowd joined him. After a while it was time to interact with the curious devotees. But Radha chose to maintain distance from men in particular. ‘She’ was quite at ease with the women folk and showered blessings on them
When Panda returned to his residence in Preetam Nagar locality after making a short appearance in the midst of devotees, he left several of them asking for more.
When asked over phone about her next visit to the Magh Mela area, Doosri Radha replied: “Such decisions are taken by the Lord.”
