Indian vice-captain Rahul Dravid slipped six places in the latest LG ICC ODI rankings following his low average in the recently concluded triangular cricket series in Zimbabwe.
Dravid, who was ranked sixth in May, was pushed to 20th place as he averaged only 12.80 with the bat in the tri-series involving New Zealand and Zimbabwe.
Incidentally, Sachin Tendulkar, who is yet to start his season, was the only other Indian to accompany him in the top 20 batsmen, even as the batting maestro has gone down two places to be 17th.
Dashing Indian opener Virender Sehwag, who belted some impressive scores in Zimbabwe, gained three places to be 26th while Yuvraj Singh was sitting pretty on 30th.
The list of top 10 batsmen remained unchanged with Adam Gilchrist, Ricky Ponting both of Australia and West Indian Chris Gayle maintaining the first three places.
In the bowling department, Indian pacemen Irfan Pathan and Ashish Nehra went three and two places down to be 13th and 20th respectively.
New Zealand fast bowler Shane Bond continued to be on 14th place after topping the averages in the recent tri-series in Zimbabwe.
Bond, whose career has been blighted by injury, topped the bowling averages in his first ODI series for New Zealand for over two years.
